Kaitlyn McCain
Personal Trainer

Specialty: Mobility, Flexibility, Recovery, and Overall Wellness
Hi my name is Kaitlyn!
I’m a Grand Valley State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science. As a former gymnast, I’ve learned firsthand the importance and value of regular stretching and recovery. Since graduating, I have focused on mobility, one-on-one assisted stretching, and recovery work to help people improve flexibility, movement quality, and overall well-being.

Outside of my work, I am passionate about living an active, balanced lifestyle. Trail running, hiking, tumbling, yoga, and Pilates are some of my favorite ways to keep moving. I also love cooking, baking, and creating healthy treats that support overall wellness.

My goal is to help you feel your best – in your movement, your recovery, and your everyday life through the implementation of guided stretching.
